Emma has 15 years experience delivering activities which combine creativity and wellbeing. With a degree in fine arts ,a diploma in psychotherapy, Mindfulness and meditation training and Art Life Coach qualifications, Emma combines her professional training with her life experiences to deliver thoughtful, gentle and impactful 1:1 or group workshops.
The sessions provide a space to engage with simple mindful art processes combined with a variety of meditation practices.
We will connect with life experiences and the power of healing through art therapy practices.
This isn't about producing a perfect finished product- It is about the process, the experience, the journey and the ongoing equipping for sustainable wellbeing.
You can book a 1:1 session for yourself, get a group of friends together to have a group session or join an existing open session. (There can be something powerful about being supported in community.)
I am committed to meeting your needs, so do have a conversation with me if you have specific requests.
I believe participating in the arts can help people improve their overall wellbeing. By nurturing connections with nature, one another and being mindfully creative we will discover a deeper sense of self. By not solely operating 'from our heads' and by connecting with our bodies, our feelings and inner self we can experience a deeper, richer, more holistic approach to wellbeing.
