All people deserve to live a fulfilled life. However life's challenges may occasionally seem to take over and we can lose sight of who we are and of our own inner strength and abilities.
Sometimes we get so busy 'doing' - That we forget to just be. Sometimes we get so busy looking out for others - We forget to take time for ourselves.
Sometimes we just need to know we are not alone and that there are others journeying along too.
Taking the time to engage in creative activities, to be present in the now, to connect with our thoughts and feelings are all proven disciplines in helping to promote wellbeing.
Being able to learn new techniques to help self-manage stress and anxiety is empowering, builds a sense of self worth and personal achievement.
Removing ourselves from the 'normal' to engage with something 'different' is a simple way of refreshing and reviving ourselves.
All sessions provide a space where you are welcome just as you are.
You will spend some time being guided through a mindful art activity, working at your pace with whatever you 'bring' to the space.
In each session, you will also experience a meditation, a known wellbeing technique which you will be able to engage with yourself again at home.
At Hello-Art we focus less on creating a perfect finished product and more on the story you bring, the journey you are on and the experience. However, everything created will be memorable and become a cherished piece of art for you.
I provide group sessions, one to ones, face to face or online.
